Health Clinic FAQs
The goal of the health clinic is to provide a place for students to receive medical care while at school to help them succeed in the classroom. The health clinic is run by a Registered Nurse but may also have health trained individuals caring for the students at times. Having a student seen in the health clinic does not take the place of seeing their physician as a nurse cannot diagnose or treat on their own.
The following are frequently asked questions or concerns by parents. If there is any concern or question about your child, please feel free to call the school nurse at 936-890-8670, or email.

- When do I keep my child at home or send them to school if they are feeling unwell?
- What if my child has a bathroom accident at school or is needing a change of clothes?
- What if my child needs to take medication while at school?
