W2's 2024 Current Employees: W-2's for 2024 have been posted to the Frontline/TEAMS ESC (Employee Service Center) and are ready for employees to print.
**Former Employees: Please register through the Frontline/TEAMS ESC (Employee Service Center) by clicking this LINK. Scroll to the bottom of the login box where it states “Need an Account? Register.” Click on the word “Register”, enter your identifying data, and set up your username/password and security questions. When you get logged in, click on My Payroll Information and then click on My W2.

Willis ISD is thrilled to announce a pay increase for all CDL bus drivers that will go into effect on January 6, 2025!
Current CDL bus drivers will see a $1.25 per hour increase, and new drivers will see a $1.25 per hour base rate increase from $19.27 per hour to $20.52 per hour (prior bus driving experience is taken into consideration). Part-time bus drivers will see a rate increase from $16.50 per hour to $20.52 per hour. Additionally, new hire training will be increased from $10.00 per hour to $20.52 per hour.

At Willis ISD, the safety of our students and staff is always our top priority. As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance security, we have installed video camera systems at the front entrances of all campuses. This new measure adds another layer of protection to ensure a secure learning environment.
